Cell phones must be put away during school hours. Cell phones must be turned off and turned in to the classroom supervisor prior to the start of each day. Any calls that need to be made are to be made in the school office. Misuse of cell phones will result in disciplinary action.

 

Walkmans and CD players are not allowed at school or any school sponsored activities. This includes riding on the bus for athletic events and field trips.

 

Passengers on the bus for athletic events will be limited to athletes, score keepers, statisticians, and parent of the players. The only fans who will be allowed to ride the bus will be the brothers and sisters of the players

whose parents are riding the bus.

 

Students of the opposite sex will not be permitted to sit together on the bus. All students are to remain seated at all times. Students caught throwing objects from the bus will be disciplined for their actions.

 

No knives or box cutters or any kind of blades are allowed on the school premises. If a student is caught with these items they will be suspended.

 

Sometimes, underlying circumstances require exceptions be made to established policies.  Exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the administration of Antioch Christian School. Any exception made to any policy is to be considered an exception in that case ONLY, and shall not be considered an exception in any future situation that may arise.
